Remote Patient Monitoring and Telehealth

To be valuable to both the patient and provider, we require (except in rare cases) for everyone to have access to both a camera and internet connection. We try to make this as easy as possible, and our clinical team are well versed in helping you to get setup for your visit at the time of your visit.

In addition to telehealth services, we utilize a Remote Patient Monitoring program to monitor blood pressure and/or weight with scales and blood pressure cuffs that are handed out at the time of service or shipped directly to your home. Some insurance companies require special authorization, so we make sure to check and cover all of this with the patient ahead of time but the value of our providers being able to see what the patients blood pressure is doing while at home and/or major changes in weight is as significant as most medications. We have partnered with a company to help us distribute these devices called Optimize Health
